To access custom engineering price matrices, recurring wholesale release pipelines, or specific static pressure parameters, users must establish a verified Trade Account.
Verification Integrity
Clients must supply current corporate registrations, valid trade references, and accurate structural delivery locations.
Credential Security
You assume absolute liability for protecting your unique procurement dashboard access keys and system login tokens.
3. Pricing, Orders & Custom Sourcing
All listed prices, unless stated otherwise, are optimized for commercial B2B metrics and exclude local statutory taxes or bulk freight delivery additions.
- Quote Durations: Custom contract pricing quotes generated for specialized ventilation layouts remain statically valid for exactly 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Order Finalization: Orders are validated only when our warehouse routing engine flags a cleared balance sweep or verified corporate credit draw.
- Custom Variables: Once manufacturing cycles trigger for obscure dimensional components or custom-cut spiral ducting lengths, orders become strictly non-cancellable.
4. Shipping Logistics & Risk Transfer
We deploy responsive priority freight setups to route structural components directly to project environments. While we make every effort to meet designated schedules, stated lead times remain estimates and are immune to secondary downtime liability claims.
Risk Allocation & Delivery Terms:
Unless explicitly arranged otherwise under verified commercial terms, product loss metrics and physical risk factors transfer completely to the Client the instant freight inventory clears our loading ramp or is logged as collected by the third-party transit carrier.
5. Mechanical Liability & Warranties
Sparecon supplies components that comply fully with trace-verified OEM standards and industrial performance certifications. We do not provide additional field warranties beyond those issued by original equipment manufacturers.
- Installation Compliance: We hold zero liability for faults or system pressure collapses caused by amateur handling or non-compliant mechanical integration.
- Consequential Damage Caps: Under no scenario shall Sparecon be held liable for secondary contract penalties, structural site delays, labor overruns, or operational losses.
- Maximum Compensation: Our global financial liability boundary for any confirmed fulfillment mismatch is capped strictly at the net purchase price of the specific SKU.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are constructed and interpreted strictly under national commercial trade laws. Any structural litigation, performance arbitration, or supply contract disputes arising between parties must be filed exclusively within regional corporate courts.
