Our wall plates are flat steel plates designed to support and finish HVAC ductwork passing through walls. They hold ducts securely in place to prevent movement, cover rough wall openings, and allow easy installation with a hole slightly larger than the duct. These plates ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC, ventilation, and air distribution systems.
The size of the spigot plate is based on the diameter of the spigot:
• For spigots up to 250mm diameter:
Plate size is calculated as spigot diameter + 100mm.
Example: A 200mm spigot will be supplied on a plate approximately 300mm x 300mm.
• For spigots 300mm diameter and above:
Plate size is calculated as spigot diameter + 150mm.
Example: A 300mm spigot will be supplied on a plate approximately 450mm x 450mm.
